To ensure the cleanliness of the lobby are maintain every time as well as to ensure this area is comfort, and fresh.

- Ensure lobby areas are clean and free of trash and debris.
- Ensure all areas appear clean and attractive to the guests.
- Ensure furniture is positioned correctly to floor plan.
- Well-maintained and healthy.
- Use a clean cloth dampened with multipurpose cleaner to clean surfaces.
- Clean any stain.
- Tidy up periodically throughout the day as needed. To include:
-Pick up debris, papers, trash from floors and furniture.
-Realign furniture to floor plan.
-Wipe up any water/spills.
-Remove dead leaves from plants.
-Dust furniture and fixtures. - To clean glass table top, use a cloth dampened with window cleaning solution.
- Dry thoroughly to remove any streaks or spots.
