To ensure the cleanliness of the lobby are maintain every time as well as to ensure this area is comfort, and fresh.

Housekeeping

1. Ensure lobby areas are clean and free of trash and debris.
2. Ensure all areas appear clean and attractive to the guests.
3. Ensure furniture is positioned correctly to floor plan.
4. Well-maintained and healthy.
5. Use a clean cloth dampened with multipurpose cleaner to clean surfaces.
6. Clean any stain.
7. Tidy up periodically throughout the day as needed. To include:
   -Pick up debris, papers, trash from floors and furniture.
   -Realign furniture to floor plan.
   -Wipe up any water/spills.
   -Remove dead leaves from plants.
   -Dust furniture and fixtures.
8. To clean glass table top, use a cloth dampened with window cleaning solution.
9. Dry thoroughly to remove any streaks or spots.
